A six-month-old boy in Virginia is dead after being left in a hot car for hours, and the baby's twin sibling, who was also in the vehicle, is in critical condition. Crime insider sources said the child that died at the hospital Thursday was a boy, and the other child was a girl.

A man was seriously injured in a late night shooting in Hampton. Hampton police said officers were called to Webster Street and West Kelly Avenue around 11 p.m. Wednesday, where they found a 22-year-old Newport News man shot.
