Police are investigating a possible meth lab at a Chesterfield County home Thursday. The investigation started Thursday afternoon at a home on Germont Avenue, near Willis Road.

Police are investigating after a man was injured in an attempted robbery. It happened Thursday around 1:13 a.m. in the 800 block of N. Military Highway, according to police. When officers arrived, they found the injured victim. He was taken to the hospital by medics and is expected to be okay.
A crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel has traffic stopped. Traffic cameras from the Virginia Department of Transportation showed a tractor-trailer jackknifed on the bridge — with at least one car pinned up against the wall.

A World War II explosive device was found in a Norfolk resident’s home on Sunday, according to police. Police, Fire Marshals and members of the bomb squad were called to the 8300 block of Jolima Avenue after they found the device. Police arrested a Bristow man Tuesday for allegedly shooting his handgun through the walls of his neighbor’s townhouse while trying to clean the gun. Officers responded to a townhouse at the 8800 block of Moat Crossing Place in Bristow to investigate a shooting around 12:30 p.m.
A Citgo Station was robbed by two men on Wednesday night. Police received a call around 7:50 p.m. about a robbery at the 10700 block of Jefferson Avenue. Once officers arrived on the scene, they learned two black men wearing dark clothing entered the business and displayed a handgun.
