9 months ago officers responded to a shot person call in the 13000 block of Parcher Avenue. Officers located a 21-year-old man lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower body. Officers rendered aid until Fire and rescue personnel responded. The adult man was transported to a local hospital with injuries considered non-life threatening. Preliminarily, detectives believe a fight broke out near the location and a suspect discharged a firearm striking the victim in the lower body.
