So far this is the third night in a row police have declared an unlawful assembly here in RVA.
1 adult, 2 children taken to hospital after fire on Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth.
Two kids and a man rushed to SNGH after a late- night house fire in Portsmouth. Family memebers just left the scene, a woman here told us some of the victims are not doing well.

Chesterfield Police arrested a 23-year-old in relation to the shooting Tuesday afternoon at Chesterfield Towne Center
This was the scene last night as Virginia Beach Police investigate another shooting at the Oceanfront. They say a "male" was shot and has life threatening injuries. @KPattersonWAVY is working to find out the victim's age.
A police captain on scene said the incident was a dispute between two people. One person ended up getting shot and is in critical condition. Police say the person, a male, sustained life-threatening injuries.

There are at least a dozen policemen per person here. there is no gathering. there is no assembly, unlawful or otherwise. there are just scores of angry policemen threatening a few people standing around on a public sidewalk. no one is on the monument grounds except policemen

Police are moving forward
The riot police advanced down the street, and then 6+ police vehicles came in from the side . It looked like everyone got out long before the police actually got to the intersection
